CNiP-X-Nano - The Method

Nano Coatings for Exceptional Demands

CNiP-X-Nano coatings are composite coatings based on electroless chemical nickel plating. They contain nanoparticles – PFA, silver, gold, diamond (DLC), graphite as required. These are applied in a uniform, permanent and extremely resistant deposition to the surface of the component. The result is an extremely stable coating offering the quality of a surface alloy. The coating virtually becomes an integral part of the component.
